Chanman Poker Tables will also help you organize your fundraiser, we will:

  • Provide a blind structure based on how long you want your game to run

  • Suggest a payout structure based on the number of players

  • Recommend the best ways to structure your tournament to maximize funds collected and other ways to raise funds during the event

We can act as the Tournament Director during the game where we will:

​

  • Assign seats to players

  • Provide chips to each player

  • Balance tables as players are eliminated

  • Announce blind raises and breaks

  • Chip up low denomination chips as the tournament progresses

  • Resolve any poker related conflicts or misunderstandings such as premature exposure of cards, betting mistakes, etc.

  • Up to 15 Texas Hold ‘Em Tables.

  • 4 Blackjack tables with foldable legs (sit down style)

  • 50 Blackjack tables with permanent legs (stand up style)

  • 3 Roulette tables.

  • 2 Craps tables, 13' long (600 lbs each)

  • 50 Folding padded metal chairs.

  • Poker Chips with marked denominations ($25, $100, $500, $1000, $5000, $10000, $25000).  Each chip is stamped with it’s corresponding value.

  • 2 Decks of High quality cards for each table and cut cards.

  • Dealer buttons for each table.

  • Poker Tournament Manager Timer.

  • Delivery, setup and tear down of all rental poker tables and equipment.

Rates for Poker Tournaments:

Packages:  All of the packages below include delivery*, setup and tear down of poker equipment within a 1 hour drive of our facility with the  exception of Downtown Vancouver ($50 surcharge).  We service other locations subject to an extra delivery charge.

50 player package: $800

  • 6 poker tables (No chairs)

  • Cards, poker chips and dealer buttons for all tables

  • Chanman Poker Tables will run your event up to 5 hours.

​

80 player package: $1,100

  • 10 poker tables (No chairs)

  • Cards, poker chips and dealer buttons for all tables

  • Chanman Poker Tables will run your event up to 5 hours.

​

100 player package: $1,250

  • 12 poker tables (No chairs)

  • Cards, poker chips and dealer buttons for all tables

  • Chanman Poker Tables will run your event up to 5 hours.

$50/ half hour for any time over the 5 hour limit.  Time starts at the scheduled start time of the tournament until a winner is declared.  Setup and tear down time is separate and included in the packages above. 

 

For example, the tournament is set to start at 7pm and end at Midnight.  We arrive roughly 45 minutes before to setup, and stay an extra 45 minutes after to pack up which do not count against your 5 hours.  If the tournament does not finish until 1am, then an extra $100 is charged.

​

  • Chairs are $4 each for folding padded chairs.  

  • Each poker table seats 8 players and measures 42"x84".

  • You can add extra tables for $110 per table for any of the packages.

  • Dealers are available upon request at extra charge.

All prices are subject to GST.  A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and equipment.

Rates for Casino nights

​

Chairs are not included in the prices below, they are $4 each per night for folding padded chairs.

​

  • $95/hour for Poker tables including dealers (14 tables available, seats 8 plus dealer)

  • $95/hour for Blackjack tables including dealers (4 tables  available, seats 7 plus dealer)

  • $135/hour for Roulette table including the dealer (1 table available, 7 players max, standing game)

    • A minimum of 3 hours is required for all of the above rentals.​  

  • Chips, cards, dealer shoes and other related equipment are included in the prices above.

  • A minimum of 3 hours is required.

  • Delivery is not included in the rates above.  Please contact us for delivery rates as they vary based on location, same day turnaround, or Special Events.

Chairs are not included in the prices below, they are $4 each per night for folding padded chairs.

  • $145/day for Poker tables.  Includes dealer button and cards.

  • $145 day for Blackjack tables.  Includes dealer shoe, discard bin and cards.

  • $185/day for Roulette table.  Includes roulette chips.   (1 available, 7 players max, standing game)​

  • Chips:

    • $20 for  1/4 set ,up to 2 tables,

    • $40 for 1/2 set, up to 5 tables,

    • $80 for full set, 6+ tables.

  • Delivery is not included in the rates above.  Please contact us for delivery rates as they vary based on location, same day turnaround, or Special Events.

All prices are subject to GST.  A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and equipment.  A $200 damage deposit is required for any rentals where our staff is not present.

High quality poker tables are a great way to add some authenticity to your poker event.  Our high quality tables are custom built in Canada.  You can choose which rental poker tables you want to use from our inventory.  We service the Vancouver area and most of the lower mainland.  For areas outside of the our local area, a delivery charge may apply.

Cancellation

Cancellation Policy:

When a reservation is made and confirmed with a deposit it becomes an assured and guaranteed reservation.  Chanman Poker Tables Inc. is reserving that date and time for your event and removing that available time slot for any other events.

​

A 50% deposit of the total fee is required to confirm a reservation.

​

If you decide to cancel, it can be difficult for Chanman Poker Tables to rebook for that date and time — especially in the case where a cancellation occurs close to the reserved tournament date.  

​

  • If cancellation occurs 29 or fewer days prior to tournament date there is no refund of the deposit.

  • If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to the tournament date, we will refund 100% of your deposit.

​

In lieu of cancellation, a change in tournament dates will be accommodated (pending space availability on your alternate tournament date).

​

Q: What do I need to do to setup a poker tournament?

​

You need a venue (somewhere to play) and players.  A banquet hall, legion, community centre, basement or any other large space is ideal for a poker tournament.  You also nee to invite players to attend the tournament.  We bring the rest.

Q: Do you provide dealers? 

​

Yes and no.  

Yes, the rates listed above for the Casino night rentals include dealers.  

No, the rates for the poker tournament rentals do not include dealers.  Dealers are available at additional cost of $50/dealer/hour.

Q: Do I need a license?

​

Maybe.  If you are hosting a poker tournament where you are collecting funds and 100% of monies collected are NOT going back to the players in forms of prizes, a license is required.  More information about licenses are available here:  Class B license for poker events

Q: How do I start?

​

Easy!  Contact us!  We will guide you through the process from start to finish.  The main things you should have are a date for your event, a venue and an estimated number of players.  

​

Q: What size are your tables?  How much space do I need?

​

  • Our poker tables are 42"x84" (3.5'x7') and seat 8 players each.  These tables do not have a chip tray.

  • We also have (3x) larger tables that are 44"x94"  with a dealer tray and seat 10 players + dealer.

  • The blackjack tables are available in 2 sizes, either 40"x88" or 36"x72".  

    • It is recommended that you have a minimum of about 24" of space around each table for players to move their chairs and move around.  â€‹

  • Our roulette table is 48"x96" or 4'x8'.  Roulette is a standing game and requires less extra space around it.

​

Q: Can I rent a single poker or blackjack table?

​

Yes!  We rent all of our equipment separately if you don't want a full package rental.  Contact us for rates.  We rent poker chips as well.  All individual rentals require a damage deposit and a copy of photo ID.

​

Q: You're already booked on the date I want to rent your equipment.  Are you still available?

​

Maybe.  Depending on the size of the event, we may have extra unused equipment for that evening.  It is best to contact us to find out.
