These are our stainless steel cup holders which are powder coated.  Many colors are available as well as different finishes such as gloss, semi-gloss and matte.  This finish is durable and won't chip off or rust unlike spray paint.
 
Cup holders measure 4" from brim to brim, 3.5" inner diameter and 2.25" deep.
